Terms of Use
This document sets out the general conditions governing access to and use of the website pipeline-agent.com (hereinafter, "the Website") and of the services offered through the Pipeline Agent platform. Access to and/or use of the Website confers on you the status of "User" and implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Website ownership
This Website is owned by RyG tecnología y servicios, S.L., with tax ID (CIF) B88853791 and registered office at Rosa de Lima 1, 28290, Las Rozas, Madrid. Contact: hola@saassensey.com.
2. Purpose
The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the services and products offered by Pipeline Agent, a platform for automating prospecting and sales follow-up assisted by artificial intelligence. The actual contracting of any service or license shall be governed by the specific terms agreed between the parties in the relevant contract.
3. Conditions of access and use
Access to the Website is free and open. The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website and its contents and not to use them to:
- Carry out unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
- Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic nature, glorifying terrorism, or that violates human rights.
- Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Website, its suppliers or third parties.
- Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing damage on the network.
- Attempt to access and, where applicable, use other users' email accounts and to modify or manipulate their messages.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source code) are the property of RyG tecnología y servicios, S.L. or of its licensors, and are protected by national and international regulations on intellectual and industrial property.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Website is expressly prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.
5. Licenses and commercial model
Pipeline Agent is marketed under a license model. The license acquired by the customer grants the right to use the corresponding version of the software and includes the minor updates of that version until a different major version is released. Upgrading to a major version may require the acquisition of an additional license.
The specific conditions of each type of license (Startup, Agency, On-premise, etc.), as well as the optional maintenance, training and support services, shall be detailed in the contract signed with the customer.
6. Use of third-party keys (OpenAI)
Pipeline Agent allows the customer to connect their own API keys from artificial intelligence providers (for example, OpenAI). The use, costs and contractual relationship arising from the use of such keys are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pipeline Agent is not responsible for the charges or conditions applied by third-party providers.
7. Responsibility for the content sent
The customer is solely responsible for the content of the campaigns, contact lists, and messages generated and sent through the platform. The customer warrants that they have the appropriate legal basis to contact their recipients and undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on commercial communications and data protection.
8. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
RyG tecnología y servicios, S.L. does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the operation of the Website or the platform. It shall not be liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, errors in data transmission or failures attributable to third parties, except in cases where liability is legally required of it.
9. Links to third parties
The Website may contain links to other websites whose content is the sole responsibility of their respective owners. The inclusion of these links does not imply approval or recommendation of such content.
10. Data protection
The processing of Users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of this Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
11. Amendments
RyG tecnología y servicios, S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use, as well as the contents and structure of the Website, at any time and without prior notice. The amendments shall take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable regulations provide otherwise.
